INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium tomatoes diced
- 4 basil leaves roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic finely diced
- 500g spaghetti|
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a medium pot, bring 5L water and 40g salt to the boil.
- Add the fresh pasta and cook for 3 minutes, stirring regularly .
- In a medium pan add olive oil & garlic and sweat for 1 minute on low.
- Add diced tomato, salt, basil and sauté until tomatoes soften and become a sauce.
- Remove pasta from the water, add to the sauce and stir.
- Taste for seasoning & serve.
