Pancetta & Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli

Totally tasteless. I couldn’t taste any filling.
We also tried the Ricotta & Spinach. Same experience, tasteless.

Full of flavour

We loved this ravioli! Great flavour and texture. I served it with a tomato sauce and some sliced mushrooms. Great, quick and yummy dinner, thank you!

I'm Italian, and these are actually delicious!
Not very much filling compared to what we would normally do from scratch, but very tasty.
And the filing just looks like cheese, must be very processed pancetta, or pancetta flavour...? But it taste good.

Fresh pasta made using Australian durum wheat semolina.

Pancetta and Smoked Mozzarella encased in a fine delicate fresh pasta parcel.

PREPARATION FROM FROZEN: Place pasta in salted boiling water, stir, return to boil and then reduce to simmer for approx 5-6 min. Drain water and serve. 1L water, 8g Salt, 100g Product.

KEEP FROZEN BELOW -18 DEG C
