The dough is extruded and cut into various shapes before being rapidly frozen to make fresh frozen pasta. This process ensures that the pasta retains all of its vitamins and minerals and delicious flavours.
Our Frozen Fresh pasta is also quick and easy to cook because it's not dried, and therefore doesn't require as much cooking time as regular pasta. It's also a healthier option than dry pasta. When dry pasta is cooked, it absorbs water from the cooking water, which can make it higher in calories and carbs. In contrast, fresh frozen pasta doesn't absorb as much water during cooking, so it retains more of its nutrients.
