Truly awful

Rubbery pasta with virtually no filling Extremely disappointing. The ravioli pasta was thick, rubbery and unpleasant, while the ricotta and spinach filling was barely present. What little filling there was appeared brownish, bland and completely tasteless. I spent time making a good homemade sauce, only to have the entire meal ruined by the pasta. The product pictured on the packaging bears little resemblance to what was actually inside. I would not buy this again and cannot recommend it.

Fresh pasta made using Australian durum wheat semolina.

Fresh ricotta and farm fresh spinach mixed with parmigiano and spices encased in a fine delicate fresh pasta parcel.

PREPARATION FROM FROZEN: Place pasta in salted boiling water, stir, return to boil and then reduce to simmer for approx 5-6 min. Drain water and serve. 1L water, 8g Salt, 100g Product.

KEEP FROZEN BELOW -18 DEG C
