Thank you Pasta Italia, I recently purchased some products from you at Warwick Farm Growers Market and I must say your products are superb. The fresh pasta was so light it didn't leave that heavy feeling in the tummy like dried pasta does. The lasagne, cannelloni and gnocchi were also extremely good.. I am now a regular customer at the markets and do not leave without your product in my trolley.

I've been making my own gnocchi forever, an old receipe of my Nonna's, but thanks to yours I don't need to anymore. You really can tell you use good quality potatoes and not just potato flake or offcut pieces of potato. I've tried myself to take that shortcut but it doesn't work.. good on you for staying true to your values and producing products that truely are old home-made receipes. The problem is though you can't just stop at one plate....mmmmmmmmm

I was introduced to you guys at the Easter Show last year and have been a customer ever since, your product sells itself, just amazing full of flavour that doesn't make you feel argh!!! after eating it. I've tried lots of pasta in the past from all over Australia and nothing comes close to yours. Goodluck for the future and continuing growth.
