"2008 was the best year ever for the Sydney Royal Pasta Competition. There was a huge improvement in the quality of entries this year, particularly in the 100% durum wheat pasta class which was outstanding,’ said Chairman of Judges, Grahame Latham AM.
Pasta Italia, from Smithfield in NSW, took out the double title of "Champion 100 per cent Durum Wheat Fresh Pasta" and sole gold medal winner."
